We understand that finding the right streetwear to express your individuality is a journey, and sometimes, a particular piece might not fit into your story as you thought. That’s why at Not So Dope, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Our policy ensures that our customers have an empowering shopping experience that mirrors our core values of individuality, positivity, and community. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to ensure that your individual experience remains paramount.

Return and Refund Guidelines:

  1. Time Frame: Our door is always open for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. We believe this gives you ample time to make sure that your purchase aligns with your individual expression. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.

  2. Condition: To maintain our quality standards and uphold the integrity of our products, returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the merchandise doesn’t meet these criteria.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Our goal is to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, the timeframe can depend on your card issuer’s policies.

  4. Shipping Costs: We ask our customers to cover return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you received such an item, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will ensure that we correct the mistake and arrange a return at our expense.

  5. Exchanges: At present, we are unable to process exchanges. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. We believe this process is more efficient and allows you to receive your replacement item faster.
